According to Peter Drucker, effective leaders do not necessarily a stereotypical charisma, but some common characteristics: Effective leaders always ask :What we need to do ? This simple question is designed to address business needs and not the wishes of the leader. Effective leaders always ask : what is good for business? Not what is good for shareholders, employees, manager , but what is best for the company as a whole. Any initiative that is beneficial to company will by definition be beneficial to these groups. Effective leaders always think in plural; " we " rather than "I". Sounds easy but very difficult in practice.
